Culture Club announce first tour in 15 years

Boy George and Culture Club, one of the biggest pop bands of the 1980s have confirmed they are to play live dates across the UK in December for the first time in over 15 years.

The original line-up consisting of Mikey Craig (bass guitar), Roy Hay (guitar and keyboards), Jon Moss (drums and percussion) and Boy George (lead vocals) will be going into the studio to record new material, with producer Youth (Paul McCartney, The Verve, Embrace) for an album due to be released early in 2015.

Joining Culture Club on this tour will be another icon of the 80s Alison Moyet.

They have announced the following dates:

Thu 04 December First Direct Arena, Leeds
Fri 05 December Phones 4U Arena, Manchester
Sat 06 December Capital FM Arena, Nottingham
Mon 08 December Echo Arena, Liverpool
Tue 09 December The O2, London
Thu 11 December Brighton Centre, Brighton
Fri 12 December National Indoor Arena, Birmingham
Sun 14 December Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff
Mon 15 December Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth

Tickets will go on-sale at 9am on Friday 23rd May priced £37.50, £42.50 & £55.00 in London and £38.50 & £48.50 regionally, and eGigs will have links to buy them then.
