The Crimbleberry Ball will have Guildford partying with Dodgy, The Selecter, & more

The Team behind GuilFest have organised a special Christmas event whilst they wait for news of their licence for next year's festival.

'The Crimbleberry Ball', held in conjunction with Surrey Students Union and taking place at the Rubix complex in the grounds of the University of Surrey, and open to everyone aged 18 or over.

Spread across three rooms, in true GuilFest programming style the event features a variety of eclectic acts to suit all tastes and flavours and ensure a fantastic Christmas Party experience for all attendees.

Festival stalwarts Dodgy will bring 'Staying out for the Summer' and 'Good Enough' to the main stage as headliners, with support from 2tone ska revivalists The Selecter, Chap hopper Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer, Blobbie Williams, and Lady Gaga tribute act Maybe Gaga.

Alternatively the The Kane FM Dance Cave is headlined by deckspinning dubstep duo Bare Noize with support from Split Prophets, Hyroglifics, Cause 4 Concern, and GuilFest residents DJ Ade, Johnny Luv, Groove Motion (DJ Mystery and Wayne Altham) and plenty more!

The third stage set in the Chancellors bar will play host to an array of local acts to be confirmed interspersed with some top comedy performances.

Doors open at 7pm with the event continuing until late, and tickets are available now, priced at £19.50 (plus booking fee). The event is strictly limited to 1800 capacity, so get them quickly!
