Thirty Seconds To Mars confirm biggest ever UK tour

Thirty Seconds to Mars have confirmed their biggest ever UK tour at the end of the year.

The tour, including a show at London's 02 Arena will see the band play to a combined audience of over 50,000 people support will be provided by Enter Shikari.

Formed by brothers Jared and Shannon Leto and completed by Tomo Milicevic, Thirty Seconds To Mars, who just performed a headline slot on the second stage at last weekend's Download Festival, have a new single 'Closer To The Edge' released on Monday 19th July.

Taken from the album 'This is War', 'Close to The Edge' features backing vocals courtesy of the band's fan community The Echelon, who contributed to the album's recording during sessions in nine different countries stretching from America to Australia.

Aside from the arena shows and Download, Thirty Seconds To Mars are also set to play further festival dates at Oxegen and T in the Park.

Their tour dates are as follows:

Mon 29 November The Brighton Centre, Brighton
Tue 30 November The O2 Arena, London
Wed 01 December NIA, Birmingham
Fri 03 December AECC, Aberdeen
Sat 04 December Central, Manchester

Tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday 18th June at a price of £23.50 for London and £22 for all other dates, and eGigs will have links for you to buy them then.
