Murphy has been reported as saying the the next album may be his last under the name LCD Soundsystem, and "should probably be the last tour". To evolve musically, the New Yorker claims he needs to reinvent himself although it's not the first time he's made such claims, this time he revealed, "I know I said LCD Soundsystem was over last time and things changed, but I don't like to repeat myself." So this could be the last chance to see them on tour!
