line-up for Manson's Guitar Show announced

The line-up has been announced for this year's Manson's Guitar Show which takes place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October at the Riverside Leisure Centre, in Exeter, Devon.

The line-up of artists includes Pink Floyd's Guy Pratt, The Levellers' Mark Chadwick, Frank Turner, Steve Fairclough, Dario Cortese, Chris George Band, Stuart Clayton bassist for Carl Palmer of Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Jas Morris guitarist with The Morris Brothers Band, Alex Hutchings, Ellen Miller, and Gavin Wilson.

The event will also have over forty trade stands offering show deals, a vast array of equipment, with the guitarists above representing Patrick Eggle Guitars, Fairclough Guitars, Music Man Guitars, Marshall Amplification, Mansons, BOSS, Roland, Tanglewood Guitars, and JHS.

There will also be new product launches and experts on hand to answers any questions. A separate clinic room which offers free demonstrations and interactive workshops, and chances to win prizes – last year over £3,000 worth of equipment from Marshall, Orange and Peavey was up for grabs.

Last year this reviewer ended up buying a guitar, so be warned you're sure to see something you'll want to buy. the event opens at 10am until 5pm each day.

Day tickets are priced at £10 on the door, or £8 in advance, with children aged 8-16 or Student tickets priced at £5 on the door, or £4 in advance. A weekend pass is priced at £14 on the door, or £12 in advance for adults, 8-16 year olds or students £10 on the door, £8 in advance. Under 8's can go for free.
