Skunk Anansie announce Greatest Hits Tour

Skin and her indie metal rockers Skunk Anansie are back after eight years with 'The Greatest Hits Tour'.

Skunk Anansie's return shows will take place in Leeds, Manchester, and London's Brixton Academy. The band are planning to release a 'Best Of' album to coincide with the tour, as well as new material.

Skin has said about the reformation on her forums, "Basically we have never done a greatest hits album. We have been bugged to do it for ages and ages from various places but only now does everyone have time and want to do it. It will have new songs on it and you will start to hear some amazing remixes from rock and rave to dubstep, all very exciting."

"As you can imagine getting skunk up and running after 9 years is mentally, phyicially hard enough and needs ALL of our time, hard work and energy but you know what.. I'm totally loving it and enjoying the experience. My solo work has also had to go onto the back burner, sooo much material..too little time!"

Tickets will go on sale this Friday 18th May, at 9am, and eGigs will have links for you to buy them then.
