Roger Waters performs 'The Dark Side of the Moon' for the last time

2 final UK shows in Liverpool and London in May

Roger Waters has announced that he'll Reprise 'Dark Side Of The Moon' and play classic songs from the Pink Floyd catalogue and his solo works at two special shows in Liverpool on May 15 and at London’s O2 Arena on May 18th. This will be the last time he'll play the 'The Dark Side Of The Moon', in its entirety in the UK.

Roger Waters, the co-founder and principal songwriter of progressive rock band Pink Floyd, will combine an evening of music – comprised of two sets plus encores, with state-of-the-art staging, lighting and sound.

Set One will be a comprehensive overview of Waters' music including early Pink Floyd material; 'The Wall'; 'Animals', 'Wish You Were Here', and 'The Final Cut'; and songs from Waters' solo albums 'Amused To Death' and 'The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking'.

Set Two will consist of Roger Waters and his band performing 'The Dark Side Of The Moon'.

Waters' band features Chester Kamen (guitar and bass), Snowy White (guitar), Dave Kilminster (guitar and vocals), Jon Carin (keyboards and vocals), Graham Broad (drums), Harry Waters (Hammond organ) and Ian Ritchie (saxophone) with Sylvia Mason James, PP Arnold and Carol Kenyon on vocals.

The concerts will utilize elaborate large-scale video projections, theatrical staging, and a dazzling array of special effects to underscore and accentuate the power of the music which is delivered via a state-of-the-art 360° quadraphonic sound system.

Sun 18 May O2 Arena, London
